How does pricing work?+
Every tool has three plans: monthly (lowest commitment), annual (cheaper than 12 months of monthly), and lifetime (one payment, yours forever). You can cancel monthly or annual any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Lifetime owners never see another invoice.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every tool gives you a 3-day free trial when you start a monthly plan. You add a card so the seat is reserved, but you're charged $0 today. Cancel any time in those 3 days and you pay nothing at all; do nothing and the monthly price simply begins on day 3.
How does syncing across devices work?+
Create one Hotfix account. Every tool you own is tied to that account. Open any tool on any device, sign in, and your data is instantly there — no setup, no import needed.
Do the tools work offline?+
The tools need an internet connection — and that's a deliberate benefit, not a limitation. Because everything syncs live to your account, your data is always backed up and identical on every device the moment you make a change. Nothing important ever lives on just one phone that could be lost, broken, or left behind. You get your tools, your history, everywhere — automatically.
What if I want a refund?+
Every tool comes with a full 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no questions asked. Request it from your My Tools page or via the chat button — it's processed within 24 hours. And if a renewal ever charged you by mistake, just message us and we'll sort it out. We'd rather you be happy than hold your money.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes — one click. Open Settings → Manage subscription and cancel in the Stripe portal. It takes effect at the end of your paid period, so you keep access until then. Your data stays in your account so you can pick up right where you left off if you ever return.
Is my data private and secure?+
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it, share it, or use it for advertising — each tool only stores what it needs to work. You can export or delete your data any time.
Will there be new tools and updates?+

Paste a regular YouTube watch URL or unlisted link — it converts automatically. Video shows first on the product page, always 16:9.

If left blank we auto-grab the first frame from Cloudinary at high quality. Paste a specific image URL here to force a different thumbnail (e.g. your title card or a screenshot). Doesn't apply to YouTube videos — they use their own thumbnail.
